We know you’re reading a lot of things like this, but it’s important to us that we reach out to all of our loyal customers to update you on what actions we are taking in light of the current situation with COVID-19 and the subsequent public health concerns. The health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority.

OUR DRIVERS & LOW-CONTACT DELIVERIES
Our customers and delivery drivers are the core of our business, and we want to do everything we can to make them safe. Whilst we are unable to leave alcohol unattended, we are instituting “low contact deliveries” which will work as follows:

  • Orders will be placed on the ground for customers to retrieve
  • We cannot leave orders unattended without sighting the customer
  • If you need to show ID, our drivers will sight the cards without handling them.

This is a new process for us, so thanks for your understanding as we train our drivers in these new procedures.

Please note, in WA and SA, there are laws that require customers to sign for their deliveries, so extra precautions with hand washing should be taken.

While we are waiting to source more hygiene products for our drivers, such as hand sanitiser and masks, we are reimbursing them for any they are able to source for themselves. We remain committed to training and supporting our drivers in best hygiene practices.

OPERATING HOURS
Unless advised otherwise, we will continue to trade as normal. We are experiencing high demand, so we may experience some delays during peak times. Our teams are working hard to keep things flowing smoothly, so sit tight and your deliveries will be as quick as we can make them!

OUR PRODUCTS & ORDERS
While we still have plenty of stock available, there are some supply chain issues across the country. This may mean that we need to substitute what you’ve ordered for a similar product of equal or greater value. We want to thank you in advance for your understanding with this.

OUR SUPPORT STAFF
Our core teams are small and we are developing work from home options for all teams that are able to do so, as well as adapting our offices to ensure less contact between teams that need to be on site. We are committed to supporting all of our staff.

Take care of yourselves, and each other!

Cheers,

The team at Jimmy Brings
